Founder

Founded in 1976 by Jack Fiorella, CCIM, Equity Resources reflects decades of experience in multifamily real estate investments. Established in Birmingham, Alabama, the firm has earned its reputation through disciplined acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and a deep understanding of market cycles. Backed by an experienced team and a trusted network of industry partners, including lending institutions, brokers, owners and builders, the company has owned and operated assets across the Central and Southern United States, completing more than $6.5 billion in transactions since 1976. Today, the firm continues to achieve sustained success through meticulous investment strategies, strategic deal structuring, and a robust network of operating partners.

For more than 30 years, I have been involved with Jack as a lender, advisor and investor. For decades, Jack has developed best in class multifamily projects that are always the most tenant friendly, technology advanced and amenity rich properties in the market. He possesses a keen eye for every detail which ensures that his final project is the best for the sub-market community it will serve. He has a significant and highly successful track record for delivering billions of dollars of multifamily developments to market over the past several decades.
